Las proposiciones sobre que debe versar el examen se sacarán á la suerte en el acto de principiar éste, por el que preside, quien leerá en alta voz el contenido de ellas en el programa. El examinador interrogará libremente sobre los diferentes puntos contenidos en la proposición sorteada, y también puede interrogar sobre algunas de las materias excluidas de la suerte.
