La sanción impuesta al Congresista será registrada en un libro que se dispondrá para tales efectos en las Comisiones de Ética y Estatuto del Congresista de cada Cámara, se publicará en la Gaceta del Congreso y a través de los mecanismos que la Ley 1712 de 2014 prevé, se archivará en la correspondiente hoja de vida del Congresista afectado y se comunicará a la División de Registro y Control de la Procuraduría General de la Nación para su correspondiente anotación.
