Art. 3.° El indulto a que se refiere el presente decreto no es de forzosa aceptacion para los acusados o llamados a juicio que no quieran acojerse a él; pudiendo ocurrir estos, dentro de treinta dias de publica este decreto en los respectivos domicilios, ante los tribunales en que cursan los juicios, manifestando que no acepten el indulto i sujetándose al fallo que se dicte. Si dentro del treinta dias no ocurrieren ante el Tribunal correspondiente, se entiende que aceptan el indulto.
