La Comisión sesionará presencialmente cuando el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo lo considere necesario, teniendo en cuenta los proyectos de reglamentos técnicos que hayan sido allegados para ser sometidos a consideración de la Comisión. La Comisión sesionará y adoptará sus recomendaciones con el voto favorable de tres (3) de sus integrantes.
