Para ser Registrador Municipal de capital de departamento o de ciudad de más de 100.000 cédulas vigentes, se requieren las mismas calidades que para ser Juez de Circuito, o haber ejercido el cargo en propiedad por un término no menor de dos (2) años, o haber desempeñado cargos en la organización electoral por un término no menor de tres (3) años.
