La sentencia se notificará personalmente dentro de los cinco días siguientes a su expedición; si ello no fuere posible, la notificación se hará por edicto fijado en la Secretaría del respectivo despacho por el término de cinco días. Sendas copias de la sentencia definitiva serán enviadas a la Procuraduría General de la Nación y al Consejo Superior de la Administración de Justicia, dentro de los cinco días siguientes a su ejecutoria.
