Reconocimiento de Personería Jurídica. El director adminis­trativo provisional, efectuará los trámites correspondientes para la aprobación y reconoci­miento de la personería jurídica de la corporación ante la Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar a la cual remitirá la siguiente documentación:

1.

Solicitud escrita sobre aprobación y reconocimiento de la corporación.

2.

Original y copia del acta de constitución suscrita por los constituyentes de la cor­poración.

3.

Estudio de factibilidad.
