TRES MESES DE ALTA . Las formas de retiro que dan derecho a pensión o indemnización por incapacidad absoluta requieren previamente la formación de la Hoja de Servicios del actor y para tal fin el Ministerio de Defensa o de la Policía Nacional conceden un plazo de tres (3) meses, durante el cual el interesado disfruta de los haberes correspondientes a su cargo.
