DEL DERECHO DE PREFERENCI A. Sin perjuicio de lo que sobre la materia dispusiere el acto que autorizó crear la sociedad, cuando un socio particular quiera enajenar sus cuotas o acciones en la sociedad, las ofrecerá por conducto del representante legal de la compañía, a las entidades públicas que sean socias o accionistas. Si estas aceptaren la oferta, tendrán derecho a adquirirlas a prorrata de las cuotas o acciones que posean.
