Artículo doce. Con el objeto de facilitar la prestación de sus servicios en los Departamentos y Territorios Nacionales, el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (Sena) contará con unidades regionales.

Parágrafo

En ningún caso podrán funcionar Regionales cuyos ingresos ordinarios sean inferiores al uno por ciento (1%) del total de los ingresos ordinarios de la entidad. Se entiende por ingresos ordinarios los provenientes de los aportes previstos en los ordinales 1°. y 2°. y el
