Para que los productos nacionales procedentes por reimportación de un puerto extranjero queden exentos de pagar derechos de importación, debe presentarse a la Aduana respectiva, además de la factura certificada, una certificación de la primera autoridad política del lugar donde los efectos se hayan producido, en la cual conste que efectivamente es producción de aquel lugar.
