El Interventor Fiscal mencionado establecerá su oficina en la ciudad de Barranquilla, en donde residirá ordinariamente y ejercerá las funciones que le señalan los artículos 1°, 4° y 5° de la Ley 35 de 1921. Dicho funcionario se trasladará, con aquellos de sus subalternos que él mismo designe y siempre que sea necesario, a las Aduanas del Atlántico y del Pacífico, así como a las Aduanas terrestres, a las Salinas marítimas y terrestres y a los almacenes de sal, con el fin de visitarlos y de practicar cualesquiera diligencias relacionadas con sus atribuciones legales.
