ARTICULO 32 . De las Funciones del Tesorero.- Corresponden al Tesorero las siguientes funciones

Responder por los fondos del Tesoro Nacional encomendados a su cuidado, según normas y disposiciones vigentes;

Analizar, revisar y refrendar los documentos de carácter contable y administrativo que se produzcan en su área;

Reclamar ante la Tesorería de la República los valores que por todo concepto se asignen a la entidad;

Efectuar oportunamente los pagos de las obligaciones adquiridas por el Ministerio y por sus entidades adscritas;
