Cumplida la inscripción, de ella se emitirá formato especial con expresión de la fecha de inscripción, el número de radicación, la matrícula inmobiliaria y la especificación jurídica de los actos inscritos con la firma del Registrador que se anexará, tanto en el ejemplar del documento que se devolverá al interesado, como en el destinado al archivo de la Oficina de Registro. Posteriormente, se anotará en los índices.
