Art. 143. Dentro de ocho días a lo mas tarde, después de concluido el reconocimiento de las mercancías de un manifiesto, se pasará al interesado copia exacta, firmada por el jefe de la Aduana, de la cuenta de los derechos que haya causado. El interesado tendrá el término de seis dias para revisar la cuenta i hacer las observaciones que estimo justas sobre las operaciones aritméticas , las cuales presentará por escrito al Administrador de la Aduana. Si éste las hallare fundadas, hará las reformas consiguientes al pié del ajustamiento, dando cuenta al Secretario de Hacienda ; pero si las hallare infundadas, se estará a la liquidacion hecha, i se r emitirá a la Secretaría para que ésta resuelva definitivamente.
