amends decreto 250/58

El artículo 393 del Decreto 250 de 1958 (C. Penal Militar), quedará así:

En los procesos militares, los cargos de apoderado y defensor pueden ser desempeñados por Oficiales de las Fuerzas Armadas en servicio activo o en uso de buen retiro, o por abogados titulados e inscritos. La parte civil sólo puede ser representada por abogados titulados.

Los Oficiales no podrán actuar en los recursos de casación y revisión, sino fueren abogados titulados.

Derógase el inciso final del artículo 395 del Código Penal Militar.
