°. Objeto de la supervisión y vigilancia. La supervisión y vigilancia de las Organizaciones e Instituciones de Ciegos y de aquellas que presten servicios a la población con limitación visual, estará orientada a velar por el cumplimiento de los mandatos constitucionales y legales, normas reglamentarias y demás actos administrativos para obtener la rehabilitación, integración educativa, laboral y social de los limitados visuales, el bienestar social y cultural de los mismos y la prevención de la ceguera.
