ARTICULO 123 . PRELACION DE LAS INVESTIGACIONES EN LAS QUE SE HAYA DECRETADO SUSPENSION PROVISIONAL. El funcionario competente y el comisionado darán prelación a las investigaciones disciplinarias en las cuales se haya decretado en contra del implicado suspensión provisional del cargo como medida preventiva. La falta de prelación constituye causal de mala conducta.
