° Las Administraciones de Hacienda Nacional que hoy existen en la República y las que en lo sucesivo se establezcan, dependerán del Ministerio del Tesoro como Oficinas Subalternas de la Tesorería General de la República, salvo en lo referente a la administración de bienes nacionales, que continuará, como hasta el presente, bajo la autoridad del Ministerio de Hacienda.
