Informe a la Unidad Administrativa Especial - Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales. A más tardar un mes después de la entrega por parte del Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico de los Certificados de Desarrollo Turístico al inversionista hotelero o de hospedaje beneficiado, conforme con lo dispuesto por el artículo 102 de la Ley 488 de 1998 y el presente decreto, ese ministerio procederá a informar por escrito de tal hecho a la Unidad Administrativa Especial - Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales.
