En toda liquidación de costas se computa a cargo de la parte a quien se imponen:

El papel sellado y los portes de correo.

Los gastos judiciales de que se trata en el CAPITULO I de este TITULO y los demás que autorice la ley, o que por la naturaleza del negocio hayan sido indispensables; y

Las diligencias, escritos o alegatos verbales de la parte favorecida o de su apoderado en el juicio, y la atención o vigilancia que le haya prestado al negocio.
