Art. 1995. En todos los casos en que se debe indemnizacion al arrendatario, no podrá ser éste espelido o privado de la cosa arrendada, sin que previamente se le pague o se le asegure el importe por el arrendador.

Pero no se extiende esta regla al caso de estincion involuntaria del derecho del arrendador sobre la cosa arrendada.
