Las disminuciones de la prima de alojamiento rigen a partir de la fecha en que se haya producido el hecho que las determina. Los interesados están él la obligación de dar aviso correspondiente dentro de los 30 días siguientes. Si no lo hicieren, el pago total de la referida prima se suspenderá por un tiempo igual al de la demora en el aviso y cuando esta demora excediera de seis meses se le privara definitivamente del expresado beneficio.
