La promoción y cofinanciación se efectuará mediante aportes en dinero que cubrirán parcialmente los costos de inversión indispensables para el desarrollo y ejecución de un proyecto específico, mediante la suscripción de convenios con las entidades territoriales. Ecogas ejercerá la interventoría técnica, administrativa y financiera de dichos convenios.
