Artículo quinto. En el caso de venta contemplado por el artículo 3 de este Decreto, el azúcar se enajenará en fabrica a los precios que determina la tabla del artículo anterior, menos $2.75 por saco, cuota de dicho precio destinada a compensar las pérdidas de importación de azúcar y a pagar el transporte y cubrir los gastos de distribución y venta en todo el país.
