El que mantenga inteligencias con un gobierno extranjero o con sus agentes para producir hostilidades o guerra contra Colombia, o favorecer las operaciones militares de otra nación contra ésta, o ejecute cualquier otro acto que tienda a estos fines, será castigado con reclusión por seis a trece años, si el acto o actos criminosos hubieren tenido el resultado que se proponía su autor, la pena será de reclusión por treinta años.
