° Todos los aspirantes a becas para perfeccionar estudios en el Exterior, una vez presentados los documentos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, deberán elaborar un trabajo escrito, sobre el tema que señale el Rector de la Facultad respectiva. El valor científico de los trabajos que se presenten se apreciará por el Consejo Directivo de la misma Facultad.
