El Instituto cobrará un interés del cuatro por ciento (4%) anual sobre el valor de los saldos o cuotas pendientes, que se liquidará y pagará proporcionalmente, con cada cuota anual o semestral. Ni este interés ni las demás condiciones de su precio y de su pago, podrán alterarse en contra del deudor, una vez perfeccionada la respectiva adjudicación.
