° El ordinal B del artículo 8° del Decreto extraordinario 1321 de 1978 quedará así: "B. Al puntaje calculado en esta forma se le restará 100 y el resultado se dividirá por 10. Si en el cociente obtenido resultaren fracciones iguales o superiores a cinco, éste se aproximará al entero siguiente. Si las fracciones fueren inferiores a cinco, se despreciarán. "El entero resultante corresponderá al grado de remuneración del funcionario, a excepción del primer grado, el cual corresponderá a los funcionarios que ingresen al Instituto sin tener práctica profesional".
