Art. 2.° Estos objetos, una vez adquiridos, se distribuirán por el Ministerio respectivo así:

Las obras de arte, los cuadros, esculturas, medallones, grabados, estampas y fotografías, para la Escuela de Bellas Artes.

Los objetos curiosos, la colección numismática, las antigüedades indígenas, los objetos históricos y muestras minerales, para el Museo nacional.

Y los libros cuyo contenido no se roce directamente con el arte, para la Biblioteca nacional.
