° Contra las resoluciones a que se refieren los artículos anteriores solo podrá interponerse el recurso de reposición. Cuando las circunstancias de orden público lo permitan, el funcionario que impuso la sanción podrá, en cualquier tiempo, de oficio o a petición de parte, revocar la medida adoptada.
