Artículo primero. Créase una Comisión de Paz para el occidente del Departamento de Caldas, integrada por cuatro miembros que ejercerán sus funciones ad honórem, y a cada uno de los cuales se reconocerán viáticos de cien pesos ($100.00 diarios, mientras se encuentren en ejercicio de sus funciones.
