Art. 10. El presidente o gobernador, inmediatamente después de cumplidas estas formalidades, remitirá la carta de naturaleza al funcionario que deba entregarla al agraciado, i elevará a la secretaria de lo interior i relaciones esteriores una copia de la dilijencia de juramento o protesta que este haya prestado, para que se haga constar circunstanciadamente en el rejistro nominal de naturalizados que, debe llevarse en dicha secretaria, con arreglo al artículo 5.° de la leí.
