Las empresas nacionales de otro País Miembro autorizadas para efectuar operaciones de transporte internacional por carretera bajo la modalidad de transporte propio, están obligadas a cumplir con lo prescrito en el presente Decreto y en la Decisión 257 de 1989 de la Comisión del Acuerdo de Cartagena, con excepción de lo establecido en el Capítulo V relativo al Contrato de Transporte.
