º Los reconocimientos necesarios para fijar precio de las mercancías a que se refiere este Decreto, serán practicados por un aforador escogido en sorteo, de las listas que, para tal efecto, le suministren al Fondo Rotatorio los Administradores de Aduana. El dictamen deberá versar sobre la naturaleza, características, cantidades, peso, volumen o medidas de las mercancías, copia del cual será enviado a. la Junta Directiva del Fondo Rotatorio de Aduanas.
