Artículo único. Dónase a la señora Hermelina Concha de Gutiérrez, viuda del benemérito ciudadano Santos Gutiérrez, la suma de dos mil pesos ($ 2,000), la que se le pagará del Tesoro de la Nación un mes después de haberse puesto en vijencia los presupuestos de rentas i gastos que se voten para el entrante período económico.
