El Juez de Menores será nombrado por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial respectivo, para el mismo periodo de los Jueces de Circuito; el Médico será nombrado por el Gobierno, para el mismo periodo, de terna que le de la Academia Nacional de Medicina, o del respectivo Departamento, donde la hubiere; el Secretario, los Escribientes y el Portero serán de libre nombramiento y remoción del Juez.
