Durante el período señalado en el artículo 1º del presente Decreto, quedan suspendidos los salvoconductos para el porte de armas en todo el territorio nacional, sin perjuicio de las autorizaciones especiales que durante estas fechas otorguen los Comandantes de Brigada, Fuerza Naval, Comandos Aéreos y del Comando Unificado del Sur.
