° Los saldos mensuales del servicio de giros postales que eran enviados a la Oficina Central en virtud de lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 886 de 1927, serán enviados en lo sucesivo directamente a la Administración de Hacienda Nacional del respectivo Departamento, y con ellos y con los fondos que constituyen el depósito inicial ordenado en el artículo anterior, se atenderá por la misma Oficina a las remesas que ordene el Jefe de Giros Postales.
