Artículo cuarenta y dos. Reunido el Tribunal de Conflictos, reclamará el envió inmediato de las actuaciones correspondientes. Recibidas éstas resolverá de plano dentro de los quince días siguientes. Resuelto el conflicto, remitirá la actuación a la entidad que deba conocer del asunto.
