Administración y fines del registro público nacional de bienes. Corresponde al Fondo Especial para la Administración de Bienes de la Fiscalía General de la Nación (FEAB) la administración del Registro Público Nacional de Bienes, creado por la Ley 1615 de 2013. El Registro Público tiene como finalidad servir de medio para publicitar la información de los bienes a que hacen referencia el numeral segundo y el parágrafo primero del artículo 6° de la Ley 1615 de 2013, permitiendo el control ciudadano, atendiendo entre otros, los principios constitucionales de transparencia, responsabilidad y publicidad.
