Artículo vigesimotercero. Todos los estudiantes que ejerzan cargosee representación estudiantil, deberán llevar sus cursos académicos completos, en la respectiva unidad docente. Los representantes estudiantiles ante el Consejo Superior, el Consejo Académico y los Consejos Consultivos, deberán además ser alumnos de los dos años de estudios más avanzados, y estar entre los seis estudiantes mejor calificados de su curso.
