º ORGANIZACIÓN INTERNA. El Jefe del Departamento organizará el funcionamiento interno de la Dirección y Subdirecciones de la Academia de Inteligencia y Seguridad Pública y de las Escuelas Regionales, con base en la estructura señalada en este Decreto y en la planta de personal fijada por el Gobierno. Igualmente fijará mediante resolución las funciones de las Subdirecciones y de las Secciones y determinará el funcionamiento de grupos de trabajo de planeación y asesoría técnica y educativa.
