Solicitud del salvoconducto. Cuando se pretenda aprovechar comercialmente una plantación forestal, árboles de cercas vivas, barreras rompevientos, de sombrío, el titular del registro de la plantación o su representante legal podrá solicitar por escrito a la respectiva Corporación la cantidad de salvoconductos que estime necesario para la movilización de los productos.
