Art. 6° Autorízase al Gobierno para reglamentar la recaudación y administración del derecho complementario establecido por la presente ley. Puede, en consecuencia, nombrar los empleados para ello necesarios y señalarles sus honorarios. Estos empleados tendrán la jurisdicción coactiva y demás atribuciones que conceda el Código Fiscal á los Administradores de la Hacienda nacional.
