amends ley 1708/14

Modifíquese el artículo 32 de la Ley 1708 de 2014 , el cual quedará así:

“ Artículo 32 . Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho. El Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho actuará en el trámite de extinción de dominio en defensa del interés jurídico de la nación y representación del ente responsable de la administración de los bienes afectados en el curso del procedimiento. Este podrá intervenir a partir de la presentación de la demanda de extinción de dominio por parte del Fiscal y tendrá la facultad de presentar las solicitudes y los recursos que estime necesarios en procura de los intereses del Estado”.
