Autorizase al gobierno para que si lo juzga necesario o conveniente para el restablecimiento de la industria bananera, prorrogue hasta por el termino de cinco (5) anos previsto en el artículo anterior los contratos que tenga celebrados de conformidad con la ley 30 de 1931 . Las prórrogas que en ejercicio de esta facultad se convengan requieren para su validez el cumplimiento de las normas ordinarias sobre esta clase de contratos.
