El Ministerio del Deporte seguirá con el trámite y representación de las acciones constitucionales, procesos judiciales, contencioso-administrativos, ordinarios, ejecutivos y administrativos en los que sea parte el Departamento Administrativo del Deporte, la Recreación, la Actividad Física y el Aprovechamiento del Tiempo Libre (Coldeportes) hasta su culminación y archivo y asumirá las obligaciones derivadas de los mismos.
