ARTICULO 39. Sedes. - El Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social tendrá direcciones regionales en los departamentos que determine, cuya sede estará situada en la respectiva capital. Las direcciones regionales dependerán jerárquicamente del Ministro y funcionalmente de las Direcciones Generales, según los asuntos que deban atender.
