Todos los actos y decisiones de la Junta Directiva del Instituto se harán constar en un libro de actas que serán firmadas por los miembros asistentes y el Secretario de la Junta.

Los actos de la Junta Directiva se denominarán Acuerdos, y llevarán la firma de quien presida la reunión y del cecretario de la Junta.

Los Acuerdos se llevarán en un libro con indicación del número, día, mes y año en que se expidan y su custodia estará a cargo del Secretario de la Junta.
